This image was shot west of Fredericksburg, Texas in August 2016.  It took 4 nights to collect the color and calibration data required to process the image. Image capture was done using a Star Light Xpress CCD Camera (X35) attached to a Takahashi TOA 130N telescope operating at 1000 mm of focal length.  There is approximately 24 hours of total color and luminance data in the two frames that make up the image.  A separate telescope and auto guider were used to keep the camera and telescope properly aligned during image acquisition. Maxim DL and Photoshop were used to calibrate, align and colorize the image.
